These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of hauntloot.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make through it. The Site is owned and operated by Auction Nation LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, doing business as "Hauntloot".

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase from the Site, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products & Pricing

All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time — even after you place an order (in which case we will notify you and offer a full refund).

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email and process payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order.

All content on the Site — product photos, descriptions, logos, branding, page layout — is owned by or licensed to Auction Nation LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use any content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial browsing.

8. User Content & Reviews

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our business. You represent that you own the content or have permission to submit it and that it does not violate anyone's rights or any law.

9. Prohibited Uses

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Product Safety

Many of our products contain small parts, LED components, moving parts, or electrical elements. They are intended for use by adults and older children under adult supervision. Read all product labels and instructions before use. Not intended for very young children.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auction Nation LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or products.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective date". Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
